People go crazy for potato chips and why not, its Potato and chips together. But they also want to limit on deep fried foods. So don’t get upset and try these amazing, spicy, crispy but baked potato wedges. I am sure you are gonna love these.

This baked potato wedges are baked version of fried potato wedges flavored with tangy Indian spices baked to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 large baking potatoes cut into wedges.

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp chole masala(optional)

  • 1 Tbsp of oil

  • 1/2 tsp of mango powder

  • 3-4 garlic grated

  • Sea salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the washed potatoes into wedges. You don’t have to peel the skin. Try to slice the wedges into 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line and grease two large baking tray.
  • Toss all ingredients above together and place it on a baking tray on a single layer and bake it for about 35-40 minutes until nice brown and crispy.

Notes

  • Serve hot with ketchup.
    You can use any spices in here. It will work great with Italian herbs too.
