Baked Spiced Potato Wedges Recipe

minutesThis baked potato wedges are baked version of fried potato wedges flavored with tangy Indian spices baked to crispy perfection.
Ingredients
2 large baking potatoes cut into wedges.
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chole masala(optional)
1 Tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp of mango powder
3-4 garlic grated
Sea salt to taste
Directions
- Cut the washed potatoes into wedges. You don’t have to peel the skin. Try to slice the wedges into 1/4 inch thickness.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line and grease two large baking tray.
- Toss all ingredients above together and place it on a baking tray on a single layer and bake it for about 35-40 minutes until nice brown and crispy.
Notes
- Serve hot with ketchup.
You can use any spices in here. It will work great with Italian herbs too.
