Kale Chips are great for healthy snacking and they are super easy to make. Who knew that the kale can be so delicious in the form of chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, rinsed and dried

  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil

  • Sea salt to taste

  • 1/2 tsp of chaat masala(optional)

Directions

  •  Wash Kale and dry it completely before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  •  Remove the ribs or stems from the leaves and cut the leaves into bite size pieces.
  •  Lay out on a cookie sheet and drizzle oil over the leaves and sprinkle with salt and chaat masala and toss well to coat.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges of kale are brown.
  • Serve with sour-cream onion dip or any dip you like.

Notes

  • If you want it spicy, then go a head and add cayenne pepper or red chili powder.
