minutesKale Chips are great for healthy snacking and they are super easy to make. Who knew that the kale can be so delicious in the form of chips.
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, rinsed and dried
1 Tbsp of olive oil
Sea salt to taste
1/2 tsp of chaat masala(optional)
Directions
- Wash Kale and dry it completely before cooking.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove the ribs or stems from the leaves and cut the leaves into bite size pieces.
- Lay out on a cookie sheet and drizzle oil over the leaves and sprinkle with salt and chaat masala and toss well to coat.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges of kale are brown.
- Serve with sour-cream onion dip or any dip you like.
Notes
- If you want it spicy, then go a head and add cayenne pepper or red chili powder.
