Healthy Peanut Butter Brownies

Healthy peanut butter brownies are protein rich chocolaty brownie in which peanut butter, yogurt, chia seeds, oats flour makes an awesome healthy fudgy combination. Yes, this brownie recipe does not have any butter or oil as peanut butter has enough oil and moisture. No refined flour makes this recipe even more healthy and gluten free. The flavor of cocoa and peanut butter together are just perfect and will make you think, why haven’t you made these treats before.

Brownies are my all time favorite dessert but it is pretty heavy when it comes to calorie count.  So I have used oats flour instead of white flour and the combination of peanut butter, low-fat yogurt and one egg does the fine job making this brownie moist and chewy. Little chia seeds not only add a great texture but it also provides fiber, protein and omage-3 fats to these brownies.
These peanut butter brownies are chewy, chocolaty and peanutty, thus making it pretty irresistible especially if you are a fan of peanut butter and chocolates.  So give these healthy brownie a try and let me know what you guys think.
