Melon balls with mint is a beautiful, sweet and cold bowl filled with three different types of melons with agave and mint dressing.
Watermelon, cantaloupe and honey dew are scooped out in the shape of balls with the help of melon scooper and dressed with agave nectar and mint, then refrigerated until very cold.
These sweet and colorful treats are just heavenly good during hot and humid days. When I come back from shopping or other general chore in a hot afternoon days, these cold melon balls with mint are just a divine treat which cools me down. This dish is so refreshing and healthy at the same time.

Ingredients
2 cups of watermelon balls
2 cups of cantaloupe balls
2 cups of honey dew balls
2 Tbsp of julienne mint
1/4 cup of agave nectar or simple syrup
Directions
- For making melon balls, use melon scooper or a teaspoon measuring spoon. Cut the melon into half and discard the seeds with the help of spoon.
- Now take the measuring spoon, hold the melon half firmly and scoop out the ball from the melon into a large bowl. Repeat the same with other melons too.
- Now warm the agave nectar in a microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add the agave nectar, mint to the balls and mix well.
- Refrigerate the melon balls really well. It should be very cold.
