These muffins are perfect little snack loaded with orange flavor. It is an egg less recipe. Apple sauce and yogurt makes these muffin so moist and spongy.
Orange Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 of flour
1 1/4 tsp of Baking powder
1 tsp of Baking soda
2 pinch of salt
3/4 cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of apple sauce
zest of one big orange
3-4 Tbsp of yogurt
1/4 cup of orange juice
- For Orange Glaze :-
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 tsp of fresh lemon juice (totally optional, add if you like your syrup to be little tangy)
6 Tbsp of sugar
Zest of one orange
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and put muffin liners in 12 cup muffin tin pan.
- Mix flour, salt, baking soda and powder in bowl.
- In separate bowl beat oil with sugar then add orange juice, apple sauce, yogurt and zest.
- Blend dry ingredient into wet one little by little.
- Pour batter into prepared muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For orange glaze, put orange juice, sugar and zest together and let it comes to boil over low heat. Simmer it for about 5 minutes.
- Take out the muffin pan and gently pierce the top of the muffins with a skewer.
- Brush orange glaze over hot muffins and let it cool down before serving.
