They are good source of vitamin B5, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B6, vitamin E, folic,fiber and potassium .
Avocados are also rich in carotenoid lutein which supports eyes health. It's provide protection from macular degeneration and cataracts which is age related eye disease and can cause blindness too.
It lowers blood choleterol also. A study shows that high intake of avocados can lowers LDL cholesterol (harmful cholesterol) and triglyceride levels and it does increase in HDL cholesterol
It promotes heart health too, as it is rich soure of oleic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B-6, folic acids, and folate which are considered to protect from cardiovascular diseases .

Studies have shown that eating food high in potassium can reduce blood pressure, as avocados are also rich source of potassium, it can protects from high blood pressure.
