Balsamic reduction sauce is a very simple sauce which can be used in a burgers or just spoon over pan fried fish or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of balsamic sauce

  • 1.5-2 Tbsp of hoisin sauce

  • 1 tsp of red chilly flakes

  • 2 garlic cloves chopped finely

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and boil over medium heat.
  • When it starts to boil, reduce the flame to low and simmer until it becomes thick and syrupy.
  • This sauce can be used in burgers or just serve with pan fried chicken or fish.
