This shrimp scampi is so garlicky and lemony and one of the easiest sauce I ever made. Though first time, I was a little skeptic about the sauce as the ingredient list was pretty simple and small, just butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, wine and parsley. But when I made shrimp scampi pasta for the first time, my husband and I was so amazed how the dish is so tasty and flavorful. Though I added few more ingredients and made it pretty garlicky and spicy.
