Ingredients
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp of corn flour
1 Tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
Hot sauce to taste
3/4 tsp of black pepper
Salt to taste
1 big onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Salt to taste
2-3 Tbsp of oil
Directions
- Marinate chicken with all of the above things listed under marination for alleast 1 hour or over night.
- In a pan, heat half of the oil and mix flour to the chicken pieces well and stir fry on a medium high heat till the chicken is brown and cooked for about 12-15 minutes .
- In the same pan, add remaining oil and when it is hot, add onion, stir fry for a minute, then add peppers,salt and black pepper and again stir fry till the onion and peppers are slightly brown but still crisp.
- Spread onion and peppers in a serving plate and put chicken on the top and serve.
- Serve hot with fried brown rice or lemon rice.
