Pistachio Crusted Fish Recipe

Ingredients
2 fillets of any white fish
1/3 cup of pistachios,finely chopped
2 Tbsp of bread crumbs
1/2 tsp of dried thyme
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of hot sauce
1 tsp of lemon juice
1-2 garlic cloves,grated
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp of oil
Directions
- In a shallow bowl,mix lemon juice,garlic, little salt and hot sauce. Generously coat both side of fish with this wet mixture and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- In another shallow bowl, mix pistachios, salt, black pepper, bread crumbs and thyme together.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Press dry mixture to the both of fish and cook it for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pistachio crusted fish is ready to serve.
