Ingredients
4 celery stalks, chopped finely
1 avocado, cubed
1 medium tomato , chopped
1/2 medium red onion , chopped
1 green chilly, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
handful of celery leaves, finely chopped
handful of cilantro or parsley, finely chopped
3 Tbsp of yogurt
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Directions
- Mix celery, onion, avocado, tomato, cilantro, celery leaves, green chilly, garlic, lemon juice, yogurt and sal and mix everything together.
- Let it sit for 20 minutes. Serve it cold or at room temperature.
- Serve celery and avocado salad with grilled chicken or with simple lentil and rice.
