Masala Green beans is a sauteed green beans with turmeric, chilly and coriander powder. This nice and crunchy green beans is perfect for any side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green beans

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut Green beans in small pieces .
  • Heat pan with some oil. Add green beans, salt and mix well.
  • When green beans is almost cooked, add turmeric red chili powder and coriander powder.
  • Let it cook for 5 mins more and its done.
