- 2 cups of old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1/3 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup of flaxseeds
- 2 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup of fully packed jaggery or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of agave nectar or honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of apple sauce
- 2 Tbsp of coconut oil or melted butter
cook at 325 F for 40-45 minutes, tossing at evry 15 minutes.
