Granola

  • 2 cups of old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup of almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of flaxseeds
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1/3 cup of fully packed jaggery or brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of agave nectar or honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of apple sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of coconut oil or melted butter

cook at 325 F for 40-45 minutes, tossing at evry 15 minutes.
