Tofu burger
For tofu patties :-
- Firm tofu, mashed
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 2 tsp of ginger grated
- 2 cloves of garlic grated
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp of cilantro
- Red chilly paste to taste
- 1 Tbsp of miso paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp of oil
For avocado sauce :-
- 1 ripe hass avocado
- 1 garlic, grated
- 1 tsp of hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp of cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat buns or any kind of burger buns you like
- Few cabbage leaves
