Cream Cheese Marbled Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of oil
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
2 egg
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
8 oz of cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line the parchment paper in 9 inch square baking pan .
- Sift and mix flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder in a bowl.
- Mix oil, eggs, sugar,vanilla extract and whisk it well.
- Now slowly add dry mixture into wet ingredients little by little and whisk until it become nice batter.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of batter and set aside. Pour remaining batter in a greased pan and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until nice and smooth.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and spread evenly.
- Drop spoon full of reserved brownie mixture over the cream cheese mixture along the row and swirl it around to make nice design.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until the cream cheese gets slightly brown.
- Cool down totally before slicing.
Notes
- Serve warm brownies with raspberry sauce.
