Cream cheese marbled brownies are delicious and decadent dessert with brownie at the bottom and cheese cake layer at the top.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

  • 2 egg

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 8 oz of cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1/3 cup of sugar

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F and line the parchment paper in 9 inch square baking pan .
  • Sift and mix flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder in a bowl.
  • Mix oil, eggs, sugar,vanilla extract and whisk it well.
  • Now slowly add dry mixture into wet ingredients little by little and whisk until it become nice batter.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup of batter and set aside. Pour remaining batter in a greased pan and spread evenly.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until nice and smooth.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture and spread evenly.
  • Drop spoon full of reserved brownie mixture over the cream cheese mixture along the row and swirl it around to make nice design.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until the cream cheese gets slightly brown.
  • Cool down totally before slicing.

Notes

  • Serve warm brownies with raspberry sauce.
