These eggless version of double chocolate cookies are plump, soft and very chocolaty. I have used whole wheat flour and flaxseed meal in this cookie recipe, to make it fiber rich and healthy.
These cookies are good especially when you get a craving of chocolate and you don’t want to put extra calories in your body. The whole wheat flour gives the cookie a nutty taste and flax seed add the extra moisture and good fat in the cookies. These double chocolate cookies can be vegan if you replace butter with coconut oil. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and melted marshmallow spread over these cookies and it will be a perfect little chocolate cake for everyone.
