minutesBalsamic reduction sauce is a very simple sauce which can be used in a burgers or just spoon over pan fried fish or chicken.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of balsamic sauce
1.5-2 Tbsp of hoisin sauce
1 tsp of red chilly flakes
2 garlic cloves chopped finely
salt to taste
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and boil over medium heat.
- When it starts to boil, reduce the flame to low and simmer until it becomes thick and syrupy.
- This sauce can be used in burgers or just serve with pan fried chicken or fish.
