Tamatar dhaniya chutney is a no cook or raw chutney recipe in which tomato, cilantro, garlic and onion are put together in a food processor and in no time this super healthy and tasty chutney is ready. This recipe comes from my childhood. We used to have this small manual food processor with a rotating handle at that time and my sister loved to make this chutney by herself and it was enjoyed by us all.
Tamatar dhaniya/tomato cilantro chutney goes really well with fried snacks (like samosa) or with parathas or even pulao.
